I had some luck cleaning cards for my binder:
just use a Q-tip + water (slightly wet! Not soaked),
Then gently rub the surface in circular pattern. Use the dry extremity of the Q-tip to absorb excess water.
→ If it fails, you can try with another Q-tip using a mixture of 50% alcohol 50% water. Then circular patterns.
→ if it fails again, try to use more pressure and moving with a linear path, scraping the surface.
I would personally stop here, if it doesn’t come off. Otherwise you risk losing the original factory gloss.
Whatever you end up doing, make sure to practice on a cheap card first
If anyone here tells you to use sandpaper do NOT listen to them.
