2,000 lbs is not super sized, 23ft is super long. Most crocodiles get up to 2,000 lbs.
average seems to be quite smaller, from google;
‘Average-size males reach 17 feet (5 meters) and 1,000 pounds (450 kilograms)’
It’s not the size of the crocodile that make them deadly. It’s their ability to kill quickly and the huge amount of pressure their jaws have on closing pressure.
Combine things above with death roll, not the prettiest aftermath.

One would assume the terrain has access to water as that is the habitat of the crocodile and every other creature has access to their regular habitat feature, being land.
I’d put money on the crocodiles or the wolves myself. “The whole is is greater than the sum of its parts”.
If we are talking about bite forces, a few of our contenders make the top 20.

Gray/Grey Wolf

Saltwater Crocodile
Crocs are amazing. Not only do they have the sharp teeth and the ‘death roll’, but they have the PSI to go along with it. PSI: 7700.
The Saltwater Crocs bite force is in the ballpark of the lower estimates of a T. rex’s bite.

I was originally thinking wolves, good numbers compared to the others. But, if there is a water source, then I’d have to go with crocodiles. Animals need water to survive, obviously, this means to drink they will have to eventually go into the natural habitat of the crocodile and when that happens it is good game.
I was led to believe that the highest PSI rating for all living animals came from the Hyena. I think I recall this from the many David Attenborough documentaries I’ve watched.
