By my calculations, yearly patreon content growth is at 330% year over year. I am predicting SMPratt with be putting out 400 minutes+ of content per month via Patreon by 2024! See below

All Jokes aside, I wanted to see how the surrounding Pokemon market and COVID had effected his content on Patreon since 2018. Also the Value aspect of content to dollars spent in 2022 vs 2018. Right now for those who are paying for the $50 tier, you are getting 4.8 minutes of content per dollar compared to only 48 seconds per dollar in 2018! (I am aware there were different tiers in 2018 that are no longer available today. I am working with the knowledge I have now which is the $50 dollar tier, the lowest someone could pay to see the videos he puts out)
TLDR: GREAT VALUE for Pateron in 2022 compared to 2018
I like Scott’s content and he’s probably never made a video I didn’t gain something from, but at $50 a month a subscription is just not on the table. All my streaming services combined do not even total $50 a month. That’s like taking on an addition utility. Need a lower middle class tier that gets videos a month late or something, please.
I kept the $25 special open for months to give people plenty of time to join. I typically do a special once a year, and you get locked in at that price. I’ll probably do another special next year at some point!

That doesn’t count dude, I wasn’t paying attention. I was working late nights at the factory to afford to participate in the $5 card thread — which I lost by the way.
i’ve been a part of the patreon since 9/1/2018 and have loved every second of it. I still watched the videos when I took a break in 2020. How long have you had the patreon? @smpratte
As shown in the graphs, the first official Pateron video was January 2018. I would suggest going back in time and soak up the 4 years of knowledge to get the most out of the pateron! That is what I am doing.

I’ll be gathering more information especially from your Overrated/Underrated items every month and analyzing that data. I am at a point in early 2019 when the Poncho Pikachu cards came out along with CP6 and the valuable pricing Data and popularity you saw and shared on your videos. I am drawing correlations from those time period’s items to items now. I know those time periods are extremely different from today, but just like your fundamentals, there are certain things that don’t change with time.
What this chart doesn’t show is that a 1on1 used to cost $20 for 30 minutes but since smpratte was desperate for money back then he would extend each chat to 60 minutes for free even for weirdos like me.
Since then it’s gotten too expensive for me so I’ve had to drop down to the $1.02 tier
