For the black star Birthday pikachu promo I have found two different PSA labels (different years) for the same card. Did PSA make a label change at some point or are these different cards? Sorry if this has already been answered but I have scoured the internet (Below are examples)
Both of their cert lookup pages are listed as Year 2000 and both of them lead to the same pop report, so my guess is that they changed/corrected the label to 2000
