Just a question involving the birthday pikachu card.

So I was jut browsing through cards on ebay and I noticed that PSA grades the WOTC promo card #24 _____'s Pikachu with the year 2001 when at the bottom of the card it only goes up to the year 2000 and also the promotion of the card only went through September to November of 2000. So I guess I was jut curious where they got that year from and maybe there are other cards graded like this?

From what I remember from the Pokemon league this card was giving out in the early winter of 2001. The card was available in a box set from Japan before that,but I don’t think it was in English.
