However the card was very hard to earn, making it rare.
I personally like the card a lot due to how it was distributed.

The dark conspiracy is that Scott owns most of the PCL market so every month during his patreon he does a little Inception about how underrated it is so that he can slowly sell more into the market and upgrade from the grandma basement into a poke palace.
If the above conspiracy is not true, then the meme is that it’s just kinda ugly lol

I think this one is around $1K in a 9. This and the eCard promo are the only Charizards where japanese is a must, and this is the better looking one. The fact that they were still able to produce such a killer card at this late stage is a piece of “rich history” in itself.

I’d recommend to focus less on the 1k threshold and go through the card list of your favorite ‘mons on bulbapedia or similar. Do some window shopping if you will on ebay/pwcc. Afterwards, make a list, find their value, and prioritize to your liking/budget.
I know you love dragonite but you already have my personal favorite dark dragonite

Knowing that you love Dragonite, I would recommend this card. It does not have a Japanese equivalent because the foiling pattern was unique to Legendary Collection.

Masaki Alakazam is an awesome card with cool history behind it. Not the rarest, but the artwork leaves such a strong impression. May want to wait till prices come down a bit since they’ve been dummy high lately.
You like Mew so I also have to recommend the PLAY subscription promo. Again, not super rare or anything, but the artwork of Mew in garden in front of a window has to be one of Nishida’s best. These have thankfully come down quite a bit from last year so it’s not a bad time to pick up.

I would consider anything that’s an 8 or under a binder card for myself. This Celebi is gorgeous and would love to have this and the 7,000pt Mew one day.
