As for languages, I counted in my head two times (including Japanese) to 9, saw the end result, counted again to 9, and only then realized I had skipped Dutch… And I’m Dutch myself!.. 
Btw, you have counted the Base 2 Decks, but not the Base 2 Pikachu? I had the Pikachu question correct (31) - even though I counted 30, but I hadn’t included Base 2…
