Anyone local to the USPS on Camelback in Newport Beach?

Have a package I sent to PSA that was damaged and refused on DECEMBER 14th and it hasn’t moved since then. My local PO is supposed to contact them, no luck so far. Tried calling CA everyday at different times for the past few weeks, but they don’t actually ANSWER their phone and while I have a case open with them, I think if I could actually speak to someone there on the phone, I might be able to get them to actually start looking for it.

Regular USPS line won’t do anymore as they tell me the case is my local PO’s to handle. Really out of options and this is all I can think of besides waiting until my GF heads to an event out there in March or flying there myself.

I googled around and they legit don’t answer their phones, as you have said, because they are too busy. It was suggested in a reddit thread to email them and they will get you a reply within 48h. I wish you the best of luck and hope you can resolve it without needing to fly out there.

Finally received the package back, funny enough my local PO still didn’t even know. 41 days without any info, finally came back.

Guy at PSA called and told me originally the package didn’t look good, water damage and rips, it didn’t look good in the pictures either. Luckily enough I package everything very tightly with enough bubble wrap and ended up keeping all 480 cards dry and clean. I could not be any luckier!
