Welcome to the forum. I’d offer advice, but I don’t believe I’ve encountered this. My guess would be PSA refused the package and its enroute back to you.
Again, great to have you here. On E4, somebody always knows.
If I had to guess, PSA determined that the package appeared to be tampered with and refused the delivery to relieve themselves of liability. It is now routed back to your address.
If you package is damaged or if they think it’s opened (tempered) they will return it to you.
They will have pictures of the package, so you can ask for those.
In the last 4 months I’ve had 3 of 9 Priority Small Boxes I sent, refused by PSA. All three came back in the damaged original box, just retaped. They took between 10 to 14 days to be returned. Fortunately all cards were undamaged. The cards themselves were in the original packaging and showed no tampering. There was no communication from PSA on the first two returned. PSA sent an email with pictures of the damaged box on the last one. As far as damage, one was cut open on the end with a knife, the other two were opened by hand. I’ve been grading Pokémon cards with PSA since 2003 and never had an issue until now. Will probably ship FedEx on my next submissions.
See what’s throwing me off is there is no indication of a return, no “Return To Sender” message
The most recent update says “Your package is moving within the USPS network and is on track to be delivered to its final destination. It is currently in transit to the next facility.”
Waiting for an update from PSA, called them but couldn’t get a straight answer as to why it was refused. It has to be escalated to which I’ll hear back on Wednesday apparently
Tracking has updated

“In Transit to Next Facility”
