Any idea on how to clean this?

Hi everyone,
I’ve got this pack fresh 1st edition shadowless machamp which is in absolutely beautiful condition, except for what I can only assume is a strip mark from the original packaging. Has anyone dealt with similar issues in the past?

If so, do you have any advice on how to clean it?

Looks to be a print line. Nothing you can do about those unfortunately.

I heard sandpaper does help make it better.

Windex brings it up a full grade I’ve heard

The ol lick and thumb won’t work here! Good thing is, people will dismiss the print lines more than man made scratching. PSA doesn’t discriminate though. These pack fresh cards are subject to 7’s right out of the pack because of corner dings and print lines. Just the reality of the poor print quality in US WOTC cards back then.
