Any help with this. Error card, double holo layer?

So I was given two boxes of bulk from a friend who does master sets of every set.
And I ran into this Cosmog from the 25th anniversary celebration set.

One card is twice as dark in the holo, but the entire yellow outline of the card is ALSO holo.

Has anyone seen this before?

Side note. All of this bulk is XY and sun and moon era. And it’s all basically perfect. Holos, reverse holos, and a few rare cards popped up in this along with a stack of shiny pokemon from fates collide. My son is happy so I’m happy. He gets to organize it all.

I keep pulling errors. Nothing amazing but still cool.
This card has a thick line through it

An opaque white layer is printed underneath portions of Pokemon cards that the artist would not like the holo to obscure. Cosmog has this opaque white layer, which is why the holo does not bleed through on it.

In the error copy, it appears that the other portions of the card (i.e., Lillie and the background) were not given this opaque white layer, but Cosmog had received it. Sometimes this is categorized as an “Insufficient Ink Error,” though I personally think that it should be called an “Opaque Layer Error.”

This is called a Pinched Layer error.

Hope this helps!
