Did you receive those jumbo cards yet? I’m fairly certain they are shitajiki, which are what Japanese kids use as a sort of clip board for their notebooks. If so, they were most likely giveaways in a magazine (CoroCoro, for instance) rather than sold in vending machines.
No matter what, though, they look great! Love that old-school artwork

While I am at it : why topsun cards are called “TopSun” whereas these cards were given with chewin-gum named “TopSeika” ?

They’re not really Jumbos, or at least not in the sense of what we use today. They are more Jumbo promotional ITEMS than Jumbo cards.

I call them “Jumbo” because they have same size as TCG Jumbo cards.

So this ended up being tougher than I thought!
I thought the pack in the middle had Ho-Oh ex and Lugia ex in it, but then I saw this picture and now I’m just confused.
