So… to continue my DHL story…
Yesterday I called at 10.15 AM (their callcenters opened at 10 AM). They needed me on the phone to ask if I wanted to pay the taxes via their website (then they send a special link via email to pay) or if I wanted to pick it up, +50KM from my house, and pay it there (can’t they just ask that via email or their website?!). Of course I chose the first option… but even though they were only opened 15 minutes yet, no way how quickly I paid later that day, my package would be delivered starting from the next day. So another day 
!
Today at 15PM I finally received it! I opened 2 boxes & 1 slowpoke blisters and am very happy with the results… but never DHL again for me!
