I would be on the hunt for a PSA 4-6 on eBay and just crack it out for the binder.
If you posted a strong $ amount for each specific grade, there is probably a seller or two on here that will bite
Edit: if I were you, I would message Gary and simply ask what he’s willing to sell a low grade zard for. Will get the deal done so quickly and he’s the perfect seller
I have one I bought recently as part of a binder set. It was previously graded a 7 by PSA and cracked by the previous owner but IMO its pretty weak for a 7. I think it’s pretty likely to be a PSA 6. I was thinking I would grade it before selling, but would be open to selling raw. Would probably be looking for about $3.5k G+S, not sure if that’s too far above your price range. If interested let me know and I can send some pics.

Why did the previous owner crack it? No idea. Would not have.
Why am I selling? I already have a better condition copy and have other collection goals I’m still working towards and would rather use the money on than having a second copy.

A psa 6 recently sold for 5k on ebay, you might need to adjust grade/prices a bit
