I am looking for a few ungraded 1st edition shadowless charizard for binder collection. Just some decent looking moderately/lightly played or NM.
I would offer $500 to $1500 depending on the conditions.
Or should i just buy a psa 5/6 and crack it out?
Yeah, you probably should. There are very few ungraded copies out there. Also you know exactly what you buy so you don’t end up paying PSA 7 $ for a 5-6.
If you do find raw ones at a good price, go for it but efour isn’t the place you will find some for $500.

Two PSA 6s went for ~$1100 in the recent PWCC auction. That’s an accurate representation of value/price. Finding a 6 in this range will give you a nice card for a fair price. Good luck!

I have one that is super beat up, even has water damage…waiting for the day when an efour member wants a poor condition zard ha

That’s an easy sale depending on how much you want?
Zards in almost any condition earn $300-500. If you get it graded, you might even earn a premium from some of the collectors that are after one copy in each grade.
I have a BGS 9 if you do consider buying a graded copy
