I used to get these at Walmart all the time. At one point my buddy had pulled a Ghost Stardust and since lost it in a crosscountry move…

I got my ghost black rose back recently…ecstatic with the grade, but PSA made a mistake with the label for sure…

Yugioh order of 40 cards came back! Lots of lob, mrd, psv pieces!
One psa 6, six psa 8’s, and THIRTY THREEpsa 9’s.
zero 10’s.
I mean i get it, but I really do find that A bit wild that odds of zero 10’s is that high. Or maybe im in denial aha
Had the same problem as you - 30 cards, 2 came back 10s, expected 8+
I had a friend in this same boat, expected 20+ 10s. Most of them came back as 9s.
He cracked 20 cards and resubmitted them. 8 came back as 10, 11 as 9s and 1 as an 8.
40% of the cards got a bump in grade which is really awful of psa, they should be somewhat consistent.

Yes they do but not on cardboard blisters like most of the other Yugioh blister packs. They came in sealed plastic blisters like some after market sellers use when repackaging and reselling. They were only sold in Toys R Us stores in the southern and Northern California market…

Looks like the buyer of the 9k ripped lob box didnt pay as its been relisted.
Also the same seller listed a 1st ed ced ioc box.

I spent a long time trying to find one - they dont come up often.
I just got my interest back in YuGioh when I was more in the Pokemon Game for 2 years or something. I saved myself a LOB 1st Edition Box as World Standard Edition which is in absolutely Mint condition 
When I scroll through eBay it`s just crazy how big the price differences between 1st Ed and Unlimited are in YuGiOh. I mean for Pokemon they are already at 2x/3x but YuGiOh seems to be like 10x
