I’m having trouble understanding the website once it’s translated to english. Are a pack of all 9 eeveelutions given for every 1000yen spent or is it just a random 1 of the 9 cards shown?

The main thing I dislike about these cards is the layout. Reverse holo isn’t my thing and I’ve been spoiled with full arts. I enjoy the art style though am not excited about the complete card experience.
Well I am assuming each of these cards (single) will be sealed in a clear plastic bag like how the Pikachu card is. So this means, for every purchase of 1000Yen, it will be most likely a random card from the 9 cards.

I’m fairly certain the original Yu Nagaba Pikachu promo got printed into oblivion, but I’m not sure about the actual box itself.
The Yu Pikachu had a 1,500 yen purchase requirement, as opposed to this 1,000 yen one. But since these promos are being distributed at random, I’m curious if they’re going to “seed” them or if fewer of a certain kind will be printed in general, making it the “chase” promo
The pikachu is one of my favorites. I believe it was also a promo you get after purchasing a certain amount at the pokemon center, and there were a ton printed. The box contents also looks similar but the pikachu came with the one promo card and no 9-card binder.
It’ll be interesting to see for these since it looks like you get a random one every 1000 yen spent and there’s 9 promos
Nah I don’t think it’s too unpopular. I loved the Nagaba Pikachu, but I think doing Eevee and all of its evolutions in this style is a little overkill, primarily because of the lack of color. If each Eeveelution’s outline were in the color of its typing, I think that would have been much cooler. There is only so much plain black and white I can take.

Has anyone won a lottery with an address forwarding service address? Haven’t had any luck and read that PCJ has black listed these type of address from winning, but that’s just a rumor I assume.
I’m not sure if this was intended as a joke but this is my actual strategy

Never (using Tenso) but I don’t think I can definitively say that’s why. I believe I’ve heard Tenso users have still won lotteries? No clue though. Lotteries are lotteries after all.
