Yu-Gi-Oh Grail Card possibility - thoughts on a pontential trade

Hey Guys, I might have the opportunity to get a Seal of Orichalcos UDE Promo Card (ungraded) and according to the pictures I have seen it shall be around 7 condition. The rarity of this card is simply stupid, according to what I have found 15 copies ever have been given out to employees only in 2005. I am thinking about offering my 1st Edition PSA 10 Charizard German Language for it but I am curious whether there is any more information available about the Seal of Orichalcos from people with deeper knowledge than me.

For the frequency it cones ip there is more than 15.

I would recommend to keep your Pokemon card, as this is not a Konami card and the back was leaked years ago, counterfeits may be an issue.
