This is my favorite. I love how they reintroduced the special art for secret rare cards similar to how they did it with xy-era secret rare arts. It finally gave back some sense to the word “secret”.

It’s the Pikachu CHR (Character Rare) from Dream League. The English counterpart is SR 241/236 in Cosmic Eclipse.

Hard to pick just one. In terms of artwork I definitely agree with the picks of @slippingjimmy and @lamplamp. But, although I’m also a bit biased, my favorite card of 2019 is the Shiny Seviper (for obvious reasons):
