Ooof that’s a tough one. But the lesson learnt is what we pay for I guess

This is much worse than gambling or lottery, as it is not truly based on odds/chance. It simply has to do with if the seller CHOOSES to scam you or not. I assure you that the seller didn’t roll a 6 sided dice and if it lands on 4 5 or 6, he will send you lots of old back cards, but 1 2 or 3 he will send you nothing.
I would not try to open a chargeback/paypal claim. Doing so makes it very apparent to others on how little someone knows about what parties are actually accountable here.
