Ah, I thought you just wanted it PSA slabbed. Based on BGS subs, expect an 8, hope for a 9. Right? My first graded card through PSA was an 8.5 haha

I submitted my Lilichan Pikachu card about a year ago and they graded it :]
I bugged psa 27 times over the last year or so to grad them again. Ok maybe 27 is a bit of an exaggeration, it was only like 25 times! 
Seriously though they grade them again! I sent in winners emails and documentation to get them to accept most cards. They might still be hesitant with the handful that were from the winners who complained.

Really? I thought they barely do that
I’ve never done it myself but I’m almost certain you can cross it in the slab. If I’m wrong I’m sure others will correct me
You can cross in the slab, people rarely do it because they (submitter) often set minimum grade requirements. If you’re willing to give whatever PSA will give you, should be pretty straightforward.
My concern for crossing in the slab would be that they likely wouldn’t cross up, but maybe a chance at a 9 if cracked?
