I actually just managed to close a deal on one!
Any chance you can DM me some pics when you get it? I highly suspect there are actually 3 versions of the 4th print holos since there are 3 primary packs ( and a few extra ) you can pull 1999-2000 from. The non-holos are super distinct for each if you know what to look for. I would guess yours came out of a USA pack going off of corner shape.
You can pull them from any of these
USA, Australia, UK long, UK extra long, UK Polish
