Its a clear / transparent pikachu poncho charizard from 2018 that says “Pokemon Center” on the bottom along with Japanese. The art is beautiful. They have the Rayquaza and Gyarados poncho pikas as well.
Would anyone know the exact name / history of this card? Embarrassingly, I cant seem to find the psa pop report or any history on it. It would be a great help.
