Why won’t BGS Grade the CoroCoro Zard?

Hi all! I have a CoroCoro Charizard posted below and I previously graded it with PSA and it only got a 6. It’s a really clean copy and I can only venture that maybe a light impression on the backside is the reason for that grade but I have no idea. I figured, let’s try BGS since other aspects of the card may help pull up the grade, but TWICE they have kicked it back as “unable to authenticate if real”.

Now, I know this card is real given how long ago I got it and where I got it, plus psa had no issues. I thought maybe the clueless grader did not know what label to use so I made it very clear with a sticky note. Still no grade…

My question is WHY? Does anyone know why BGS refuses to grade this card for me? Am I missing something? You can see on the card back it looks like someone DID grade it but then changed their mind. Looks like centering scored an 8, lol.

did you send it just once? Because ive had BGS send stuff back for no reason at all and i just send it again and its all fine. They’re doing whatever they feel like on random days over there.

I sent it twice! This time it seems like they graded it and then gave up. Do they not have the correct size case???
