White dot on PSA 10 Card (quick question)

Hi all, I recently received a gem mint 10 card (bought this card already graded) but immediately noticed a white dot on the back of the card. (visual below)

Any ideas what this is and how it affects the grade of the card? Is this on the back of the card or on the inside of the case? Is this a case of PSA missing something and it would instead grade lower?

That just looks like some scuffing on the PSA case.

Is it on the card for sure? Regardless, 10s are not 100% flaw proof.

I’m with @swolepoke on this. It really looks like it’s on or in the plastic. Have you done the tilt-shift-flashlight test?

I wouldn’t be concerned about it at all.

Thanks all, sorry for being paranoid, new collector. What’s the tilt-shift-flashlight test?

I’m guessing it means if you use a flashlight it will project a shadow if the defect is on the case
