Where to buy Japanese commons and uncommons?

I’m relatively new to seriously collecting and was curious as to where the best places to buy Japanese commons and uncommons are. Obviously there’s ebay, but is there a tcgplayer equivalent to Japanese singles where I don’t have to pay $.99 plus $3.50 shipping for a common rapid strike remoraid?

You can get commons for as little as 10 yen (about 8 cents) from Japanese auctions and used-goods marketplaces, but the shipping will never be dirt-cheap unless you live in Japan. The cards are made here, and overseas shipping is expensive.

Thanks everyone, I guess my best bet is to use one of those websites and just wait until I have a bunch of cards at a time to make the shipping worth.
