I was looking through my childhood cards, but I found a strange pair.

What are these? My leading theory is that they’re from a fruit-rollup box collection but possibly from outside of the USA? Shoprite near me used to illegally sell foreign cards when I was a kid. Any ideas?

Yeah, they look like the fruit rollup promos, but there aren’t any numbers with them. They look similar to the ho-oh style cards below this post:
