Just looking to see what your preference would be in regards to the background of a scanned card.
Would you go:
A. White scanned background
B. Black scanned background
C. Other

I leave the lid open which gets me a black background, I prefer that to the white background personally. Just a heads up, you’ll get better scans with the slabs out of those sleeves.
For selling - always a black background to maximize visibility on whitened edges. If you’re just scanning for yourself, then coordinating background colors or patterns to complement the card can look nice.
I much prefer the black background.
Black for me. Can see edges better
Black for selling with no exceptions.
Color for personal scans and presentation cause that’s beautiful.
White backgrounds for Pokemon cards should be banned from existence.

Black background for sure. It makes the colors pop more (usually) and makes all edge wear visible.
Definitely black background, it’s easier on the eyes than a white one
Black = stonks instant doubling of value and appeal
White = boomer scan and boring

Great point regarding selling, it does leave little doubt regarding the condition of the card.

Agree with the fact that if selling use a black background no question, but overall I prefer a white background for my personal scans. It just has a sleeker feel to me.
