I thought i was going crazy for a minute but an incredibly similar gengar sold earlier on ebay.

Edit: Idk why but the mobile link im copying frkm the listing is redirecting to something else but it was from lakegamestore and the sig and sketch are on the same card and only very minorly different.

Thats the one. Like i said i just found it wierd how id been watching some random signed Gengar card end on ebay and then i had to double take when i saw your post. I think your sketch is better but their auto is cleaner.

That’s not just you. eBay fucked up their links since a few months ago. When you link to a sold listing, it’ll sometimes redirect to a live listing that is ‘similar’ instead. ‘Similar’ according to eBay, which in 99% of the cases is a completely different item; like in this case linking to a PSA-6 without autograph https://www.ebay.com/p/19075609637 as apposed to this PSA-AUTH with autograph https://www.ebay.com/itm/287463008246. It’s such a garbage change and has bothered me more than once when I tried linking sold listings to someone..

I’m pretty sure they’ve done it to make it harder for scrapers to make graphs of sold listings. I still don’t know why, but eBay has always been in a huge pain in the ass and made it harder to see the actual value of sold listings. They’ve changed the way to view ‘accepted best offers’ more than ten times over the years, and this redirecting of sold listing links is their latest shenanigans of pissing people off..

EDIT: changing .com to .ca helps (for now). (Or adding ?nordt=true when copy-pasting the URL directly, instead of opening it by clicking the link.) https://ebay.ca/itm/287463008246?nordt=true

One of my favorites this past weekend. Wasn’t a purchase, rather a gift, but I’m gonna frame this and have it forever.

6 for $5 at some little local card show I stumbled across. I’m OOTL so maybe this was a bad deal. I like cosmos holo variants and the prismatic evolutions pokeball rev holo. Can never go wrong with a set logo promo or a charmander I figured.

Most recent pick up, surprised how cheap can find some of these cards (the other variants)

Picked up the game for super cheap from Japan years ago and decided to give PSA a try. Ultra quick turnaround, def not a lot of demand for video games lol

That box looks pretty clean for a CIB 8.5, unless the back and sides are beat?

Congrats that looks so clean! How do they give you a 9.2 on cart and manual, was the box open?

The edges were slightly rough and front/back were very clean but I’m also not entirely sure how they grade tbh lol
