took a bit more than a month to arrive for some reason but got here. i like collecting and going over magazines but these got some amazing unique artwork on the cover at that time

I adore old print media, especially magazines and catalogs. They are such a historical time capsule of cultrue, especially in niche subjects (or what were at the time)

i know right ? if you go to my collection i got lots of vintage pokemon books guides magazines (like coro coro old 1996-2001 issues) and more. its gonna sound funny but i smell the pages and they smell like the 90ās 
and i genuinely sit down to read them not look only photos but read even when its japanese i translate it. cant for the life of me read books but magazines and guides ? heck yea

I have a bunch of old Magazines, none Pokemon, but lots of old Gaming and MMO magazines. Just fun to read and look at, and it was just made as throwaway media. So fun

Some new additions to my vintage Japanese holo collection from the a local card show. The sticker was a freebie and I donāt think it legit, but itās still neat.

Agreed! For me, this style of full art is where PkMn TCG really shines. Other games have them, but none have this highly posterized, 2.5-D style.

Apologies in advance for the shoddy picture-taking skills (+bonus doggo). 6 Lv Xs in this week. Iām stepping on the gas with 2 en route and 10 more to go beyond that. So ready for the binder to be seamless

i was going to ask about the sticker why do you think its a copy ? i would love to buy one like this the artwork is astounding but i hate having counterfeit item in my collection never the less its beautiful
actually pokemon should be about that too. too bad most people these days only care about it for the money. bet they havent saw even 1 episode of the anime and what not

Late response but thanks! I decided to only buy clean holos and settle for less imperfections so, while Iām still realistic and not looking for PSA10-quality raw, I am being picky and progress is slow and steady with the prices associated with high condition. It did unfortunately mean that some holos in my sets no longer met my standards or were more worn than I realised so Iāve also been side-tracked with replacing such cards with better condition copies, money I would rather have spent on brand-new additions but I couldnāt class those sets as ādoneā until so-so condition cards were replaced.
As for showing my progressā¦eh, itās nothing that people havenāt seen a million times before. Iāve completed unlimited binder sets for Base, Jungle, Fossil, Base 2, Rocket, and Gym Heroes with just two cards to go until I finish Gym Challenge. Then itās onto finishing the Neo sets, all of which are about 75-80% complete at present. I think the e-series sets are too much of a mission considering I only own around 10 cards across all three sets so Iām probably going to go for Vending and Japanese stuff instead.

i didnt see but by the sound of it it sounds great and big collection. i wish for you and all of us that prices come down to reasonable prices plus your always nice and like my posts i also recommend WEB series jpnanese with some nice and unique artwork or added holos to promo cards like movie moltres and such.
