Am I right in thinking that’s just the auto that got the 10?
It would say “Auto 10” if the auto was graded, but Manny chose to grade the card, and only authenticate the autograph here.
Also @mannynotfound nice card, and I hope it continues to bring you happiness as well as Pokemon overall.

I’ve never seen a label like that with an auto though, it’s normally card 10 auto authentic if not graded

That is a good catch. It is kind of odd because usually the auto comes before the card details on the label. 
You know it’s a premium signature when the dollar sign is next to it.

If you don’t already know which is likely cus i don’t post about my collection much, I am a mew collector, majority binder but my favorite vintage arts I get in a PSA 8. Been hunting for this one for a longgg while. A guy I was selling a few small cards to asked me to meet him at a local small card show, and so I figured I’d check it out since I was already there, and to my shock I saw one of the ~120 copies of this card at this 15 table show. Amazing double holo, holo bleed, swirl in the brain 
(he just like me fr) and another one in the holo bleed section. Super happy
