I wish I was able to reveal more about the history and release of this collection file but the seller could only tell me it was a fan club exclusive item. I’m excited to move my e series non holos into this binder. Town On No Map is an all time set for me.

That’s my hope! especially for sets 4 and 5, e1 pack art wasn’t done by Harada. but from my searches I’ve only found one unopened and sticker sheet intact for wind from the sea in a post by @garden !

The VS Rocket’s Suicune was a surprise from my friend included in the rest of the trade we did and I am so happy to have it 
Unfortunately the CHR houndoom was supposed to be traditional Chinese and i realized when I went to go put it away that it was S-chinese so hopefully I can send it back and get the right one but I somehow doubt it 
The texture on the hisuian sneasler surprised me, it was always a really boring card to me but actually seeing it in person it looks so nice.
Also I’m addicted to the random Peru & Chinese unlicensed cards 
im gonna need another binder just for them
Blurred out the proxy cards because I know they are frowned upon 
but a houndoom is a houndoom and well might as well snag a couple more while I’m here eyyyy. Poliwhirl for the sparkledex and that’s it for the week!

Got this some days ago. Interesting how seemingly mundane things can bring you to deeper realizations.
In a choice between getting cards that perhaps aren’t worth that much, but ones I really like (like a base set, 1st ed, psa 10 Staryu: which is just the coolest card to me) and getting a card like this, which I had to save up for, I realized that the mind that is in fear of missing out on bigger cards that might go up in value more in the future (fearful for the fact that they might unreachable for normal chaps such as me), is missing out already if it isnt in touch with its authentic compass, because time alive isnt infinite either and you might not be alive to have the card that is dope to YOU if you save up for high value stuff all the time.
Not trying to be confucius here, lol, but my point is: cool card, rewarding to get, challenging, and I like it, but I’ll follow my compass more and get cards I really enjoy getting. Like the staryu, or Arcanine, Steelix from Neo genesis or something. Love Weedle too

Bit of an update thanks to some knowledgeable folks here. There are binders with the sticker sheets that exist for sets 2, 3, 4, and 5. Exclusive as a mail in lottery purchase as part of the fan club/ trainers club, but from other past listings I’ve seen they also mention winning it at a tournament. In advertisements it was bundled with a deck box with/without a poster of the pack art. Seems like the amount released is 700 per set, probably plus/minus a couple hundred.
I didn’t include any other pics bc there’s nothing of note, it’s a clear binder with no markings and standard 2x2 card sleeves.
If I can get some more reliable translations and info maybe I’ll write an article about these products and set lore as a whole.
