Very interesting. Those were the Play promotional demonstration 30 card decks that they would use and give out at conventions. The unique thing about them is they are where you can get a nonholo V card for their respective pokemon. I believe they were replaced with the demo deck I linked to update the battle mechanics to modern ex instead of V.
The non-holo V card is the most interesting, but those decks also contain a black star promo Galarian Obstagoon SWSH193 without the Battle Academy stamp and a non-holo Champions Path Machamp.

World Champions Pack 1st Edition Box - Empty
My first empty booster box I have purchased and what a box to kick start the possible side collection. This box will make a fine addition to my collection. I’m still unsure that an unlimited box even exists so I shall settle for a 1st Ed for now to accompany my set.
There’s a guy on IG who has UED packs and i believe he has an UED booster box.
Do you know what their username is? I’d be very surprised if it was an unlimited box although, I’d like to stand corrected! Cheers

Yes @gaano sure does, I got my unlimited pack from them which I am very grateful for after I lost out on a Mercari buy! 
Hilariously enough, we were also speaking of this box yesterday as well. Now thetropicalwoodsman has their box which can be seen on IG.
