Ohh, that’s interesting. I was under the impression that they were different cards too 
But now I know I’m looking for the unpeeled version of the Jumpluff card. Good to know!
If you’re looking for a constructed set list for the Top 3D-only cards (not the 3D reprints of the pink-border VS cards—but I’ve put together a list for these too), @Captain_Corsola has some information here and a set list based on his set here, in case you find them useful 
They also seem to refer to them as different back variants rather than unpeeled/peeled cards, so maybe your discovery is pretty new information!
