Super Energy Removal was one of my last ones too. I always got a vibe that it was printed at a lower rate

It does feels that way. The non holo rares in general sit in an interesting spot because not many people are opening and grading 1st edition light packs but there will always be people trying to collect the whole set. It makes for an interesting dichotomy.

Very possible. It’s also kind of that scenario where it wasn’t a desired card to collect due to it being a trainer, so not as many get/got graded I imagine, and of those it’s possible there aren’t as many in great condition. Especially if it was playable at the time (I can’t remember).
All I know is that I got Computer Search 10,000 times as a kid, but never Super Energy Removal.

This one. Just one pack and i got one of my most wanted cards. Sometimes booster pack opening gives you “that one” moment you expect from pokemon TCG.
