It’s a COTD Prismatic Super Rare misprint. The BLLR set is pretty well-known for having Prismatic Secret Rare misprints which were supposed to be Ultra Rares. I bought one of those pretty soon after the BLLR set was released before I even knew a lot about these misprints:
They’re basically Prismatic Secret Rares, but with an Ultra Rare golden name instead of shattered silver Prismatic Secret Rare name (the BLLR nor COTD sets shouldn’t contain any Prismatic Secret Rares at all btw).
Since I collect one of each rarity, I also wanted the Super Rare version with this same misprint (Prismatic Secret Rare but without holofoil name), which can only be found in the 1st edition COTD set.
For the BLLR Ultra Rares, at least one of each card in the set has been seen with this misprint, and some even up to four copies. But for the COTD set, some of the Super and Ultra Rares in the set haven’t even been seen once with this misprint, and I only know about three with 2-3 copies seen thus far. Most of the ones that have popped up are pop-1 (thus far), like this Cyberse Wizard above that I’ve purchased.
