For me, it’s gotta be Pichu. It’s insane to me that before Destined Rivals, the last time Pichu got printed in a set was HEART GOLD AND SOUL SILVER BASE SET!

Kadabra! I know that the reason why we haven’t gotten any in between Skyridge and 151 is because of legal reasons, but I feel like they should have celebrated Uri’s legal claim to the character being dropped by releasing an IR. There’s so many pokes that have gotten dozens of cards - Kadabra’s the least explored out of the original 151, so it would leave such room for artist creativity.

I ccollect Xatu cards, and I wish that through all of the iterations, it would get more interesting styling. It’s shown to have static wings like skarmory, but WHY should a pokemon have to be so like its sprite? Add some surrealism, or something to the dang thing!
