Japanese Dark Charizard which had been in my loft in a plastic box for 10 years+! I got it graded not knowing too much about PSA or anything for that matter!

I think I bought it back in 2015 if I’m not wrong. That really started the graded card collection for me.

I think my first was a mcdonalds cyndaquil psa 10 off Facebook for around £20. Would have been around 4 or so years ago I think.

A PSA 9 Japanese Yu-Gi-Oh! card called Lavalval Chain, which is a set card. I purchased it on October 2016.
The card reminds me of how I started. I still have it today.

First graded card and first PSA-graded card are actually two different things for me, since my first graded card was from BGS.
It’s this authenticated EX Sandstorm Pikachu with Mitsuhiro Arita’s signature:

My first PSA-graded cards were the PSA-9s of the Korean 1st edition, Chinese 1st edition, and Korean unlimited edition Base Set Pikachu cards, which I bought all three from the same seller after I was unable to find them ungraded for a very long time.
