That’s a Corocoro promo, and not a particularly rare one.
Ungraded copies sell for 1~4$ in Japan, don’t know how much it fetches graded in the west.

It’s funny you’d mention the Coro cleffa’s. I have a Japanese customer who wanted these specifically so I went to my local locker today to find them.
I have thousands of all of these types of Jpn promos I may sell but only in one giant lot.

Yes, the king used rubber bands on these but that’s because two decades ago it didn’t make any difference cause I had so many lol.

Peel cards are pretty darn cool, but this one isn’t worth much.
SOme are really valuable though like unpeeled snap pikachu or unpeeled flying pikachu or the gotta mew.
