Mario/Luigi Pikas are probably the biggest ones… After watching some pack openings in 2019 on yt, I got nostalgic and bought a base/jungle/fossil master set on ebay and decided to see what modern pokemon cards looked. Saw those, but passed. Now they’re gone forever.

Master set of cosmic eclipse graded in majority psa 10 the rest in psa 9. Sold for 1100ish last year. Poorly titled listing which went under the radar, I had an alarm set to bid on it before it ended in the am, I snoozed it. Those extra z’s cost me a huge steal

Hoho, I only recently started collecting and have a small-ish budget anyway, so all these big movers would never have been on my radar to begin with. Being free from the burden of missed opportunities is liberating!

I bought 8 of them raw for avg $35. All graded PSA 10 except for 1 PSA 9.
Sold 6 of them for less than ~200 between 2016-2017

My mint nidoking crystal, i sell him for 70$ in 2016… but whit that money i buy the charizard 276xy promo, and now i trade him for the mew star, my favorite pokémon…

Also a PSA 10 1st ed Lugia for around 1.7k lol. Months letter I made a post here saying I was looking for one for 2k and could just never find one. And then a year and a half later…to the moon!
The price has dropped from 100k. I think it’s at like 20k? I honestly can’t temper but it’s no where near the wild amount it was
They actually keep selling all over the place. Beta on IG says he sold the newer cert one he asked 60k for but no idea what he actually got. And then the one on PWCC was 37k but I still think it shows unpaid.
I’m going to see what I can do with this Rare Candy one that Goodzilla is selling on there but who knows. Getting this card is basically the only thing I’m doing in the hobby at the moment. I was going to go after another gold star umbreon which I owned previously but if I’m going to pay blast off prices now I want to at least do it with a card I never owned.
I got some reason thought it was lower than 60k. 30ish sounds about what I thought it was
A seller of this card, in a PSA 9, declined my offer of 80$ on their 100$ listing. I never ended up buying it :')
Now they never pop up.
I believe they were given to people who mailed in the error version. Who knows how many actually exist.
