Do you like Coca-Cola or Pepsi or both?
I like the Coca Cola flavour, but getting older I dislike both as drinks
I prefer the smoother feel and slightly sweeter taste of Pepsi, but I don’t like Cola in general. “Mexican coke” is better: Sugar can instead of corn syrup. But IDK if I prefer that to pepsi either.
I prefer clear sodas, personally.
I prefer pepsi with pizza if possible, but coca cola is better overall.
This for sure, right on all points
I’m waiting till TPC is forced to move to the back of the card to get people’s attention
Pepsi was the best soda ever back when it had 11,7 grams of real sugar (
) per deciliter and no artificial sweeteners. Then they replaced a chunk of that sugar with sucralose of all things and acesulfame K about a decade ago and the best soda ever is now history. It now tastes like shit, just like 7up which they to my horror ruined with stevia.
Pepsi Max is irreplaceable god tier when you’re addicted, tastes like melted plastic otherwise.
Coke is great. Nowhere near as sweet as Pepsi used to be due to the salt content, different flavoring and 1,1 gram less sugar. About a million times more common than regular Pepsi ever was and the last soda on earth that will be ruined/healed by artificial sweeteners.
Coke Zero was always mediocre but is now totally undrinkable for some reason. I don’t know what happened, last two times I tried to drink it I gagged.
Man those glass bottle Mexican cokes are psa 10! I remember when grocery store chains started selling them, they are quality!
This is so true! ![]()
Pokémon should never give into a collector’s desire for instant financial gratification and ego fulfilment. The reason sets age well is because products offer the same experience today as it did on release day, so they should be designed for future generations to enjoy as well
World building and lore building is far more critical to interest growth in Pokémon than anything artificial rarity gimmicks can hope to achieve in the short term
Lets stick to Pokemon, not Cocamon ![]()
I agree but what examples do you mean for the first sentence?
And both world and lore building have actually not been a Pokemon standard ever for the TCG and have been exceptions to the rule.
They will finally fix the incorrect pokeball on the back.

worldbuilding
Agreed. Tho IDK that world building is as strong as it should be.
Ironically, WotC is doing a lot of world building with Magic, and yet it is also picking the bones of it’s sacred cow with all the 3rd party IP tie-ins. If PkMn ever does massive cross-property promos like Transformers, Marvel, or Lord of the Rings, I really don’t know what I’ll do. I’ll admit I have liked some of those sets from MTG.
It’s funny that you picked out that Mewtwo specifically because it’s allegedly the same model used for Super Smash Bros Melee which I think is pretty neat.
The card art was probably made in 2002 and just a reminder that 2002 is just as close to 1979 as it is to today. So I don’t see the “Win 1995” aesthetic as a criticism but rather an organic representation of the time this card was released.

one of the most annoying characters in melee to play against if played really well
Could’ve sworn it was the Pokemon Stadium Mewtwo model but looking at the fingers, I think you’re correct it’s the Melee one.
The Stadium model is definitely more blocky
That’s actually pretty interesting. I had no idea. Regardless of the history, I’m just not a fan of the aesthetic which I guess is the actual unpopular opinion considering how popular these cards are.
Believe me, you’re not the only one who thinks so !
