Fairy-type and Dragon-type energy cards and Pokemon attributed to those types… Why? To me, they are pointless and I can’t see a reason to like them.

I agree. The BW Dragon scheme I could’ve lived with but the Fairy type cards all look nasty.

Idk if someone commented it, but Ive had a strong opinion that if youre a species collector it reflects who they are as a person without knowing them. 6th sense kind of thing, and not at all superstitous. Would be curious to see if others agree with that or not.

Without getting too deep into it species collectors usually collect because a particular pokemon means something to them whether it be related to the anime, or something outside the tcg itself. Using just the anime as a good example you may be able to correlate attributes that stand out. I think knowing the person in real life can help out more as you can interact with them without speaking about their life, and kind of piece it together. Like with most things psychological though its just an opinion, and Im not trying to come off as “that guy” or read your palms kinda guy lol.

Since I collect, Gastly, Porygon, and Xatu, am I a dead AI with premonitions of the future?
Perhaps that’s why I rail against A.I. so much - I’ve seen what I will become, and want no one to suspect… or DO I?

The game was fun and interesting. The cards look great. There are a lot of new pokemon with appealing designs.
Once some time passes people are going to talk about how great Gen 9 was.
