I’m very biased, but Champion Double Colorless Energy are mine hands down. The only energy trophy card!
The North American variant was awarded at the first Pokemon event I ever attended (NAIC) so they hold a special sentimentality to me. Still looking for a the Oceania copy…

same as the two OP posted along with the espeon umbreon and celebi ones. Just another reason why HGSS was so great.
My favorite set energy card is this dark metal energy.
I also love these winner cosmos holos.
And I have to put in the last Fairy energy, my favorite type, and I like how it can only be found in the elite trainer box energy packs for some weird reason.

I also really like the HGSS Energy cards. The Pokémon and buildings/trees/mountains in the background are pretty cool:
I also like the Sun & Moon Secret Rare Grass Energy. The combination of green and gold looks great:
The Korean Reverse Holo rares of some of the Sun & Moon era sets are also very cool. I’ll make a picture of those later, although you can also see them in this picture I posted (which doesn’t do their beauty justice at all… 
)

I actually don’t have a favorite type, they are all beautiful and the original attraction was having another niche collection and then collecting the information behind the harder to find releases to collate a list for reference.But IF there was such a type released that would t-r-u-m-p that statement it would be a prism holo variant. Like the cracked ice style:
This dates back to when I started collecting cards in the early 1990’s with my most favorite collection of all time, to which I still have today Disney Classics Collection and the Prism Card inserts.

@sherotgc, the Call of Legends energies are without a doubt my favorite as well. I enjoy the cross hatch Play! versions just because they give the cards a little adding zing to em, and i just got lucky enough to grab a psa 9-10 graded set of them all last night

Don’t forget holo Heal Energy and Dark Metal Energy, I’ve never really considered buying them but they look awesome.Neo Destiny Miracle energy is nice but obvious favourite comes from Neo Genesis naturally.

The HGSS, the new SWSH don’t look too be either
When I compete, I sleeve up Generations Reverse Holos because they don’t risk warping. I love the EX Emerald Energy though - the full galaxy foil is nice and the colors are bold.
