Literally only japanese cards. Exes, full arts from BW, gold stars, etc. I think Pokemon cards are so much more appealing in Japanese, it definitely has felt that way to me ever since I saw Pikachu lv x

The lower pricing on them is also enticing for collecting older stuff. I was able to grab some Japanese EXs for a fraction of what English ones go for.

Definitely. And they’re the originals! I was surprised to see that JP cards were cheaper and less popular than ENG usually, when I got back into the TCG last year

If i was smarter than i am i would be buying PSA 9 EX era holos, especially from the harder to grade sets but unfortunatly i have worms for brains. Everyone is getting their mid 2020 bulk subs back and dumping their 9s. I’d bet the prices will only get more competitive over the next 6 months too.
I just see so many nice cards for like $40-75
