Hi everyone! Long time lurker here, I come from the classic backstory, was a kid during Base Set - Neo, had half my cards stolen at school and sold my other half at a garage sale most likely for a couple bucks.

After PoGo and Sun and Moon came out I went to look for anything I might have saved and found the first two Neo Premium files I must have gotten from my local card shop back in the day. Seeing those beautiful cards after 15 years inspired me to start collecting again.

Shortly after I came across E4 while trying to research some cards and was simultaneously terrified and inspired. I had a ton to learn so in the beginning I was just collecting based on the artwork, which led me to realize half of my favorite cards were illustrated by Komiya, kawayoo, TOKIYA and Saito and thus began one of my long term goals, finishing an artist binder. I donā€™t have anything impressive to show really, I just really like collecting, learning and appreciating the art and history. :slight_smile:

Working on a Komiya binder myself! Really is a fun way to keep collecting interesting and also see an artists card illustration style over the decades.

Oh, I meant Naomi Saito, although Kouki Saitou has illustrated some amazing cards like the Arceus, Dialga & Palkia GX!

Thanks, I could have sworn when the new layout was introduced last year everyone had circular avatars so I wanted to play with that. And also the Japanese Pokeball is superior to English imo.:wink:
