So noticed when I was putting cards away for storage that the tops of the PSA cases had this weird white fog on the top. Has anyone else come across this? I get the feeling this has always been there, but never noticed it before.

Completely normal! It occurs from the pressure when sealing the cases.

Wonderful! I had a flash back to that user that had mold growing in their case and my heart skipped a beat

Yes - as Scott mentioned (just to give you 2 confirmations) it’s just stress lines in the acrylic from it being pressed down when they seal the cards in.
