Weighing Neo Destiny, Is it Possible?

I am a serious Neo Destiny Sealed Collector, and I am always afraid of buying booster packs off of ebay for the sheer fact that it has a high possibility of being weighed or attempted to be weighed even when stated “Guaranteed Unweighed”. I had a friend tell me that you cannot weigh this set for the shinings and that a heavy pack will more than likely only contain a holo pull. How accurate is this? I haven’t been able to find any information supporting his claim.

It is factually supported that packs sold as “weighed packs” still can contain Shining cards.

If you are a sealed collector, why does it matter if the pack is weighed or not? Youre not purchasing for the contents inside

Because then you have to pay premium for something that really shouldn’t be worth that much.
