I got a trade offer for my PSA 6 Shadowless Zard for their PSA 9 1st Edition Dark Charizard holo. I’m pretty torn because both cards are great. All of the cards in my collection are PSA 9 but the shadowless Zard so it kind of sticks out. But I know the Shadowless Zard is rarer, even in a 6. Price wise it looks like the Dark Zard is going for a little more. Any opinions would be helpful!
I mean, it’s your collection at the end of the day. I’d just hate for opinions to sway your decision and a month later you’re like damn, why did I do that? Y’know?
Many have told me I should have kept the original engine in my car before I swapped it, but, I like the swapped one better. Had I listened, I’d be disappointed in myself. Just something that hits close to me re: weighing opinions.
My immediate reaction is that I would never trade away a Shadowless Charizard for a Dark Charizard, especially if I was happy with the presentation of the Shadowless and if they were roughly the same value.
I love Dark Charizard, but personally I’d still keep the Shadowless instead, regardless of the value difference :pikamsile:
Keep the Shadowless Charizard.
Youll never know if youll regret the trade unless you do it

I would keep the shadowless, if market ever corrects Base will still be collectible to many. I think the Dark Charizard is trading at a much higher premium to pack price than the shadowless. If they were equal the Shadowless would be more like $5k.
