From Beckett’s X post :
With a significant investment from Collectors, our new look and new label are just the beginning of the meaningful changes this community deserves.
And from their home webpage:
I think they look nicer! The security features is a big upgrade imo as well.

They do look nicer. The font and print also looks a bit cleaner.

They managed to update them without ruining them. Most impressive.

Did they give a timeline for rolling out the new labels?

About time they combined the auto grade with the main card grade label. Always hated having two separate labels on the same line in the slab.

Nothing yet. Earlier in the year, Nat mentioned they wanted to update the BGS label, add scans, and add vault/selling services. He only said the labels should be released in Q2 but didnt give a timeline for everything else.

Good to know. I’ve got an order literally in the labeling stage right now, so I should be able to report back if they’ve started using them soon lol.

Let us know!
Also to clarify, I meant to say the labels would be “revealed” in Q2 not “released”, apologies for any confusion.

Will the labels actually sit in the holder as intended? Beckett is the only grading company with loose labels. It’s clearly a case design issue.
The giant BECKETT on the back is hideous.

Supposedly but I didn’t see it specifically mentioned on their website or their video, which I recommend giving it a watch if you’re interested.
With the right technique, you can already crack a BGS slab every 12 seconds
