I recently acquired this official Japanese Pokémon game card. It isn’t a TCG card. The back says ポケモンタルカ and 二回戦, while the front shows Pikachu with 2位 (2nd place) and 3点 (3 points). I can’t find a single reference online. Does anyone recognize the event or game this card comes from?
